“Never Seduce a Scoundrel” by Sabrina Jeffries
WANTED: The memory of having read “Never Seduce a Scoundrel”. Book found in closet while attempting to spring clean as had to make way for all the new purchases recently acquired during several blowout sales (plus side of failing global economy). Spent some time staring at the book as cover looked familar, as did the names mentioned in the blurb. Vaguely remembered reading it and seeing snow. Thus conclude that book was read sometime late last year. Either that or it was during the time Lola thought it would be a good idea to frost all of our windows in hopes to give Santa more time to get her christmas list sorted.

“Hello everyone, my name is La Lola and I am an addict.”
“Hello La!”
“Just Lola.”
“Hello Just Lola!”
“No, it’s…. never mind forget it.”

“The Demon You Know” by Christine Warren
Dear Ms Warren,
First of, you should know that it is because of you that our offices (and neighbouring Quickie Mart) have run out of ice. Because it literally took that many cubes to bring me down from the very steamy sex scene between Abby and Rule. Girl, I will never be looking at a chair the same way again. Because now to me, a chair is an empty meaningless symbol of my Other-less life. In fact, I am not ashamed to admit that I cried this morning, when I stepped into my office and saw the desk at my chair. All demon-less.
When will a blond muscled demon hold me down while ripping my jeans off my body with his super strength and then tenderly carress me as if I were made of bubble wrap that was made of the finest glass held together only by the breath of pixies? Tell me. I want to know this because I will probably need to schedule a wax.

“Snowed In With The Boss” by Jessica Andersen
“Yo Mimi!” Sheridan shouted, while busting through the double doors of Mimi’s office. “So I’ve been working on my number for out annual RMB talent night and kinda want to know what you think”.
“Why don’t you go bother Lola instead S? I’m terribly busy” replied Mimi, not bothering to open her eyes as Juan gently kneads her lower back
“Yes. Clearly. No but seriously. Lola’s in super secret mode. Terrified that I’ll steal her routine or something. Pfft. As if. That crown is mine this year!”
“*Mimi sighs* Alright. Let’s hear it. What are you doing?”
“I’ll be singing my review to one of our favourite songs ever Mi!”
“Ooh! Madonna’s “Like A Virgin”?”
“Exactomundo!! *Ahem*

“Scotsman” by Juliana Garnett
Once upon a time, there lived a fair English maiden named Catherine, who loved her brother and her mother, but not so much her father. Her hair was like spun gold, her skin - fair and soft and her breasts made grown men cry. And it was the fate of Catherine, to be forever entwined with the very hard, the very bronzy, and the very well hung Alexander Fraser. @!#(&$ bitch.
