I dunno, coz if she didn't want to set it in the same universe, then she shouldn't have situated the story in Caldwell. I hope you feel better soon! The only reference to the BDB world that JR Ward had mentioned in the book was when Claire wondered whether there were "others like him" but that's about it. I thought the sex was pretty hot too though what I didn't understand was how quickly she managed to come out of the memory spell he put her under. Amongst other things. Sigh. I was inspired to go back and re-read Wrath and Rhage's book (mine) after "The Story of Son", which I did, much to my utter delight. Also, Sunday & Monday works well for me ;) hah!
